Free Consultation: I meet all of my new clients in advance of providing services. This allows us to meet your Pet, receive instructions and discuss on-site logistics.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please plan ahead: Remember to contact us as soon as possible, especially for the Holiday Season. We require 24-hour notice. If less than 24 hours, a surcharge of $5 per visit will be added.
Business Hours: Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Please contact us for Sunday and Holiday Hours.
Cancellation Charge: 50% of the cost of all visits scheduled if not canceled 48 hours prior to the first visit scheduled.
